IUPALS Scholarships in Italy for Palestinian Students 2025-26

The University of Parma offers scholarships in Italy for Palestinian students under the IUPALS Scholarships program. The scholarships provide study opportunities in Europe with financial support, accommodation, and language and support services as part of pursuing a Master’s degree at Parma. The program includes nine Master’s specializations and requires adherence to specific eligibility and application steps.

Tuition fees covered, accommodation provided, partial meals, health insurance, visa-related costs, €10,000 per year, academic materials and support services.

Applicants must have Palestinian nationality, reside in the Palestinian Territories, hold a degree suitable for admission to a Master’s program, and demonstrate English proficiency (B2). They must not have already enrolled at the University of Parma, may submit only one application, and must enroll in a 5-month Italian language and culture course.

Apply through the online application form, provide required documents, register in the Parma University system, and submit documents for pre-evaluation; enroll in the master’s program through the pre-admission portal and complete the Italian language course by the specified date; email confirmation of receipt to the External Academic Relations Office.
