AI Engineering of Autonomous Systems

This Master of Engineering (MEng) programme trains students to design, develop, and deploy intelligent autonomous systems. It covers topics such as sensor networks, data fusion, machine learning, planning and decision making, and software engineering, with practical hands-on training and connections to industry partners. The degree is offered at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt in Ingolstadt, Germany, with English-language instruction and a three-semester duration.

Tuition fees per semester: 1,200 EUR; additional THI fee for non-EU/EEA students: 500 EUR per semester. Fees planned to increase to 1,200 EUR per semester for Master's programmes from summer semester 2026.

Applicants must apply directly to THI, with uni-assist handling required for applicants from outside Germany. There is no separate application fee beyond uni-assist.
