Wayfinder Society Student Mini-Grant 2026

The Wayfinder Society Student Mini-Grant 2026 provides small grants to students to tackle plastic pollution in their school or community. Each mini-grant is $500, and a total of 10 students will be awarded in this round, with mentorship and guidance from Wayfinder Society/Algalita. Applicants connect their project to a global youth network and work toward lasting action against plastic pollution.

Mentorship and guidance from advisors and Algalita’s team; social media collaboration; connection to a global youth network; direct funding for project activities.

Applicants must be between 11-25 years old on the deadline, have an account on Wayfinder Society, and have completed the 2 Actions before applying; open to applicants worldwide.

Create a Wayfinder Society account (or student account) and complete at least two required Actions before the deadline, then submit the application.
