The Innovation Hub Management Company Start-Up Support Programme 2026

Applications are open for the TIHMC Start-Up Support Programme 2026, which provides funding to innovative, knowledge-based small businesses and projects. The programme aims to increase access to finance for SMMEs and supports product development and demonstrations through funding provided under TIHMC’s SIIP partnership. Funding is available for projects within specified bioeconomy-focused streams and requires a three-year funding outlook.

Financial support for eligible projects (R51,000–R300,000 per year) and potential inclusion in TIHMC’s incubation programme.

Phase restricted to companies currently incubated at TIHMC or those interested in joining TIHMC’s incubation programme.
