WomenLift Health (in partnership with WILAN – Women in Leadership Advancement Network) Nigeria 2026

Informations

A fully funded 12-month leadership development journey for midwifery leaders and senior professionals working to advance midwifery and maternal and newborn health. The program combines in-person residencies, virtual learning, coaching, and a leadership project, culminating in a Global Fellows network for ongoing support and advocacy.

Avantages

Coaching, peer learning, cross-country network, tools to strengthen leadership influence, two in-person residencies, virtual learning and mentoring, and a lifelong Global Fellows network.

Conditions d'éligibilité

Identify as a woman; mid to senior career leader with 10-25 years of work experience; citizen residing and working in Burkina Faso, Ghana, Senegal, or Nigeria; strong English communication; non-midwife applicants welcome if their role elevates midwifery practice.
