Strengthening What Works: Investing in the Future of Public Interest Media in Armenia, Moldova, and Ukraine

The International Fund for Public Interest Media has launched an Open Call to fund independent media organizations in Armenia, Moldova, and Ukraine. The programme offers two-year grants with an average funding amount of about 200,000 USD, intended to strengthen financial resilience, diversify funding sources, and improve organizational capacity for public interest journalism.

Two-year grant funding to strengthen operations, diversify revenue, and improve financial sustainability; potential additional support to pursue Journalism Trust Initiative (JT) activities.

Eligible organizations operating in Armenia, Moldova, or Ukraine with a strong record of quality journalism, financial management capacity, commitment to editorial independence, and readiness to implement a two-year operational plan.

Submit responses via the Eligibility Verification Form to receive an invitation to submit a full funding proposal through the International Fund portal.
