The Global Competitiveness Leadership (GCL) Program at Georgetown University is a 10-week hybrid leadership development experience for emerging leaders from Latin America and the Caribbean. It combines virtual learning with an in-person residency in Washington, D.C., and includes mentorship, collaborative projects, and academic sessions. Scholarships are available to admitted participants, with a shared-cost component for participation.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Applicants must be 26-35 years old by the application deadline, be citizens and residents of approved countries in Latin America and the Caribbean (Spain and Portugal may apply if their projects positively impact the region), hold a university degree, demonstrate English proficiency, have at least one year of relevant professional or volunteer experience, lead a project with positive impact, and commit to returning to their country after the program.
