Aspen Albright International Leaders Program 2028

The Albright International Leaders Program is a year-long leadership experience for international professionals based in the United States. It provides leadership development, engagement with influential policymakers and experts, and participation in the Aspen Security Forum, with lifelong alumni benefits and no participation fee for selected candidates.

Applicants must be non-U.S. citizens or green card holders, 35-45 years old, with at least 10 years of professional experience in diplomacy, international affairs, or related fields, and must reside in the United States for the duration of the program.

Applications are expected to open in June 2027; selections are made by the Aspen Strategy Group.
