Partnership Advisor, Water & Resilience

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Partnership Advisor for Water & Resilience in a full-time, remote role. It is a 2-year term-limited position embedded in the Impact Finance & Markets Division, with responsibilities including strategy development, partnership management, and fundraising, supporting nature-based solutions and resilient freshwater initiatives. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and the position will be unposted once a strong candidate pool is identified.

Bachelor’s degree in political science, environmental policy, management, or related field, at least 5 years of experience in development finance institutions, government relations, or corporate sector, fluency in English, and strong project management and communication skills.
