Caribbean Development Bank Young Professionals Programme 2026–2028

The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) invites applications for its Young Professionals Programme (YPP) 2026–2028. It is a fully funded two-year contract-based opportunity in Barbados, designed to recruit and develop high-potential young professionals with exposure to the Bank’s operations, policies, and development initiatives. Selected participants gain hands-on experience across key development sectors and work with a regional multilateral institution focused on sustainable growth and resilience.

Starting salary of USD 60,600 per year, 6 weeks paid annual leave, comprehensive medical insurance, full relocation support including family relocation, placement at CDB Headquarters in Barbados.

Candidates must be under 32 years old by December 31, 2026, be a national of a CDB member country, hold a relevant degree (typically at least a master’s), and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
