African Youth Negotiators Fellowship 2026

The African Youth Negotiators Fellowship (AYNF) 2026 is a pan-African leadership and capacity-building program designed to empower young Africans to actively participate in global climate governance. It provides advanced skills in climate negotiations, policy writing, and diplomacy, with mentorship and opportunities to engage at international climate conferences. The program includes a three-phase structure with online learning, a hybrid training in Ghana, and mentorship and global engagement activities.

Advanced skill development in climate negotiations and policy, networking with climate experts and leaders, exposure to global climate events, mentorship, and accommodation during training.

Open to young Africans aged 15 to 35 who are proficient in English and committed to completing all three phases of the program.
