The Women in Energy Fellowship Cohort 3 is a leadership and professional development programme hosted by the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University. It targets early-career professionals in the energy sector and aims to advance gender equity, leadership, and career progression through in-person sessions and mentorship. The four sessions are conducted in New York City, focusing on energy systems, policy, and skills development, with networking opportunities across the energy ecosystem.
