The first edition of the Business Partnership Facility (BPF) 2026 invites innovative and impact-driven private enterprises to submit proposals for projects that combine international business expansion with sustainable development. The programme offers co-financing of up to EUR 300,000 for high-impact partnerships in developing countries and supports collaboration between a lead partner in the EU or Luxembourg and a local partner in a developing country.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Proposals must be submitted by a partnership including a lead private sector company legally registered in Luxembourg or another EU country for at least three years, plus a local partner based in a developing country eligible for Official Development Assistance; additional partners may join, up to four in total.
Comment postuler
Submit a concept note outlining the partnership and proposed project; shortlisted teams will proceed to detailed proposals and a pitch session.
