Plan International USA Youth Leadership Academy

The Plan International USA Youth Leadership Academy is a year-long social impact fellowship designed by youth for youth. It equips young changemakers with leadership skills, mentorship, and resources to design and implement a real-world social impact project, with a focus on gender equity and social justice. The program includes an in-person leadership intensive in Washington, D.C., followed by ongoing support, mentorship, and opportunities to develop and fund their Leadership Project throughout the year.

One-week residential leadership intensive in Washington, D.C.; one-on-one mentorship; monthly project development workshops; micro-seed funding; ongoing peer and staff support; access to a network of Plan International USA alumni.

Young people in grades 8-11 who are based in and/or attending school in the United States and are interested in leadership, advocacy, and community impact.
