The Climate Catalytic Fund (CCF) is a financing mechanism designed to support locally led climate adaptation projects in Asia and the Pacific. It offers small-scale, quick-impact grants to community-led initiatives addressing climate-related displacement risks, with a focus on livelihood adaptation, skills training, infrastructure, emergency planning, and inclusive community engagement. This first call funds projects in selected regions of Indonesia and the Philippines to strengthen resilience at the community level.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Applications are invited from local NGOs, community-based organizations, tribal organizations, women- and youth-led groups, disability-inclusive organizations, local and national government entities, private sector actors, local financial institutions, academic and research institutions, and consortia of the above.
Candidature
Submit proposals for the Climate Catalytic Fund during the open call (deadline specified above) to IOM’s CMIL/CCF framework.
