Ireland Scholarships 2025: DCU Sanctuary Programme for International Protection Applicants and Refugees

Dublin City University (DCU) offers five postgraduate scholarships for the 2025/26 academic year to international protection applicants and refugees who are not eligible for state financial support. The scholarship includes a full tuition fee waiver and an annual stipend, with additional post-entry support. Applicants must have been admitted to a DCU master’s programme and apply for the Sanctuary scholarship separately.

Open to international protection applicants and refugees who do not qualify for the Free Fees Initiative or a SUSI grant.

First secure admission to a DCU master’s programme, then apply separately for the Sanctuary scholarship via the DCU scholarship application form.
