The Mastercard Foundation, in partnership with Arizona State University, offers fully funded graduate scholarships for African nationals to pursue master’s degree programs. The scholarship covers full tuition, accommodation, and comprehensive support, with an opportunity to participate in a 2-month summer experience in the United States. The program combines online study with in-person wrap-around services and mentorship, with options for online or on-site study at ASU via Kepler College in Rwanda.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Applicants must be citizens of an African country, between 18 and 33 years old on or before the deadline, have an undergraduate degree by July 2025, demonstrate leadership and community engagement, and be academically eligible for admission to the chosen master’s program.
Candidature
Applicants must apply for the scholarship first; if successful, they will be assisted in applying for admission to Arizona State University. Online application is encouraged, with a PDF alternative available.
