The Social Science Research Council (SSRC) offers fellowships aimed at enhancing social science research in Africa for PhD candidates focusing on peacebuilding, security, and development. The Doctoral Dissertation Proposal Fellowships support PhD students developing their dissertation proposals and those who have recently completed a master’s degree, with funding available for short-term research costs. Conditions d'éligibilité
