Members participate in technical assistance, showcase services, share knowledge, and may access funding opportunities to address loss and damage. The network aligns with international frameworks and acceptance criteria outlined by the Santiago Network guidelines.

Organizations, bodies, networks and experts with proven expertise and at least 3 years of experience in technical assistance related to loss and damage from climate change.
