MCW Global Young Leaders Fellowship 2026

The MCW Global Young Leaders Fellowship 2026 is a funded program for young people worldwide that combines a community needs assessment, an in-person 10-day training, and a year of mentoring and support to develop and implement community-based action plans in education, health, and economic security. The fellowship includes an in-person component in the United States, followed by ongoing support to execute a community project over the year.

Costs covered as listed: travel, housing, and meals; in-person training; year-long mentorship and alumni support for project development.

Young leaders must be between 18 and 26 at the start of the program, fluent in English, and committed to participating in the community needs assessment, the in-person training, and the year-long project development with alumni mentorship.
