HEC Omani Scholarship Program 2026-27

The HEC Omani Scholarship Program 2026-27 is a fully funded undergraduate scholarship for Pakistani and AJK students to pursue degrees at public universities in Oman. It is funded by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman under the Cultural and Scientific Cooperation Program. The program provides full tuition coverage, a monthly stipend and accommodation (or a higher stipend without accommodation) plus one round-trip airfare per academic year.

Full tuition fees coverage, monthly stipend with or without accommodation, and one round-trip airfare per academic year.

Pakistani or AJK nationals applying for undergraduate studies and meeting admission requirements of the host university.
