HEC Commonwealth Scholarships 2026 for MS & PhD

Fully funded Commonwealth Scholarships for Pakistani nationals to pursue Master’s or PhD degree programs in the United Kingdom. The program covers tuition, stipend and related allowances, with online application through specified portals managed by HEC and CSC. The scholarship is funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and administered by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.

Tuition fee coverage, monthly stipend, air travel, thesis grant, study tours, fieldwork allowances, family allowance.

Pakistani nationals; for Master’s scholarship, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; for PhD, a Master’s/MPhil/MS in a relevant field is required; applicants must meet HAT requirements and provide references and supporting documents.
