Master Mind Scholarships 2025-26

The Master Mind Scholarships offer full-time master’s degree study opportunities in Flemish higher education institutes in Belgium. The program provides a yearly grant of €10,000 plus a tuition fee waiver to cover living expenses, accommodation, and insurance for the duration of the master’s degree. Applicants from around the world are eligible, with certain slots reserved for nationals of Japan, Palestine, Mexico, and the USA.

Submit an application via the Mobility online system through the host institutes; selection is made by the host institute after evaluating eligibility, followed by a preselection email and formal procedure.
