University of Waterloo Graduate Scholarships 2026

The University of Waterloo Graduate Scholarships offer full funding for research-based Master’s and PhD studies across faculties including Arts, Engineering, Environment, Health, Mathematics, and Science. The funding covers tuition and living expenses for two to three years depending on the degree pursued. It is aimed at both Canadian and international students who meet program admission requirements and English language requirements.
