The Roger Casement Fellowship in Human Rights is an international fellowship that funds Nigerian candidates to pursue a master’s degree in human rights-related fields in Ireland. The Ireland Fellows Programme is fully funded by the Government of Ireland through the Department of Foreign Affairs, with implementation support in Ireland from ICOS. Recipients gain tuition coverage, a living stipend, and access to a global alumni network.

Conditions d'éligibilité
