Acumen West Africa Fellowship for Emerging Leaders

The Acumen West Africa Fellows Programme is a year-long leadership development program that gathers around 20 leaders from West Africa to tackle poverty and injustice. Fellows remain in their jobs and participate in three mandatory seminars plus online work, with real-world applications to their social change work. Acumen covers all fellowship-related expenses during the year, including lodging, meals, transportation, and visas.

Fully funded participation in an intensive leadership development program, including seminars and online work, with practical application to the Fellows' social change work.

Open to individuals leading an initiative focused on eradicating poverty or injustice in West Africa (Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, The Gambia).
