Building Capacity Fellowships

Building Capacity Fellowships are funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs to develop NGO capacity in developing countries through training and education. It offers fellowships for Master’s Degree Programmes, Short Courses, and PhD studies, as well as refresher courses. Applicants must be mid-career staff and nominated by their organization.

Fellowships covering study opportunities (tuition/full funding for selected programmes) and related training.
