Charlotte Conservation Fellowships

Under the Charlotte Conservation Fellowship Program, African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) offers scholarships for full MSc or partial PhD programs with field research components that address conservation challenges in Africa. Each fellowship is valued at a maximum cost of US$25,000, and recipients must demonstrate additional funding if total costs exceed this amount.

Financial support up to US$25,000 for MSc or partial PhD study with field research components; potential access to mentorship and conservation opportunities as part of AWF aims.

Nationals of specified African countries who have secured admission to an appropriate university, are 21-40 years old, and have a proven commitment to conservation with a viable field research plan relevant to AWF and host country needs.
