Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) – Call for Proposals 2026

The Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVE) initiative aims to create national and international networks of co-operating vocational education and training providers and other stakeholders to improve skills ecosystems. It supports multi-country projects with a focus on collaboration, governance and funding to enhance vocational education and training in line with European strategies. The call invites legal entities from EU Member States or associated countries to form consortia and implement projects of up to four years in duration, with funding allocated as an EU grant.

Funding rate of 80% with a maximum EU grant per project of up to 4 million euros.

Legal entities (public or private) established in EU Member States or associated countries may participate; organisations from third countries not associated to the Programme may participate as beneficiaries or partners but not as coordinators. Consortium must include at least 8 applicants from a minimum of 4 EU Member States or associated countries.
