The Helga Pedersen Moot Court Competition simulates the procedure of complaints to the European Court of Human Rights. It is organized by the European Law Students' Association (ELSA) in cooperation with the Council of Europe and is open to teams of 2-4 students from the same university. The competition comprises a Written Round, Regional Rounds, and a Final Oral Round, with regional qualifiers allowing teams to advance to the final stage. The Best Team receives a one-month traineeship at the European Court of Human Rights for each team member, and the Best Orator Award grants a traineeship at the Council of Europe Liaison Office in Brussels.

Conditions d'éligibilité
