The German-Baltic Future Foundation invites 18–30-year-old applicants to become Heads of Clusters to lead a discussion cluster at the German-Baltic Conference in Tallinn, Estonia (15–18 October 2026). The role involves organizing online meetings, guiding discussions in Tallinn, and overseeing the creation of a cluster policy paper for Members of the European Parliament. The position is part of a youth leadership programme linked to the conference and aims to develop leadership and policy-thinking skills among young Europeans.
