The ActEU Paper Contest invites university students and young researchers to submit essays or briefs proposing policy solutions for the future of democracy in Europe. Submissions should be up to 2,000 words (excluding spaces) and address questions around reducing polarization, electoral reforms, digital participation in policy-making, non-electoral participation, and EU democracy support. Winning authors will be invited to the ActEU final conference in Brussels on 5 February 2026, with travel and accommodation reimbursed up to EUR 500.

Conditions d'éligibilité
