Training course on essentials of international youth activities

The training course develops competences for international youth organisations and networks to design and run high-quality intercultural youth activities using non-formal education. It is aimed at young people with previous experience in organising international youth activities, helping participants to gain practical skills, coordination abilities and the confidence to promote human rights, democracy and the rule of law. The course covers project design, facilitation, and collaboration within European youth networks.

Travel and visa reimbursements; participation in a structured training course; networking with youth organisations; new competences in non-formal education.

Residents in a country signatory of the European Cultural Convention, aged 18-30, with prior experience in organising international youth activities and ability to work in English.
