The Matra Rule of Law Training Programme is a hybrid training initiative designed to strengthen institutional capacity in the field of rule of law within government organisations. It offers online sessions and an in-person training period in the Netherlands, covering topics such as judicial cooperation and governance in the public sector.

Public officials from Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye, and Ukraine.
