The Youth Ambassador Programme is a multi-phase, participatory programme tied to the 8th German-Baltic Conference in Tallinn, Estonia (15–18 October 2026). Selected participants join a policy cluster, attend online preparation sessions, participate in the Tallinn conference, and develop policy recommendations intended for European decision-makers. The programme includes opportunities to draft policy papers and potentially present them to Members of the European Parliament in Brussels in December 2026.
