Global Leadership Challenge 2025

The Global Leadership Challenge is a joint initiative by the University of Oxford and the St. Gallen Symposium that invites emerging leaders to develop responsible leadership and sustainability-focused solutions. The program runs 11-15 December 2025 and offers activities, mentorship, and the chance to earn a Certificate of Achievement, plus potential invitation to the St. Gallen Symposium. Participants collaborate with academics and leaders to develop action projects using design thinking principles.

Become part of a diverse global community of young, responsible leaders; engage with academics and leaders; develop action projects; receive leadership training and mentorship; earn a Certificate of Achievement; possibility to attend the 55th St Gallen Symposium in May 2026 as Leaders of Tomorrow if top-performing.

Students enrolled in a Masters or PhD programme or young professionals aged 21-30, with undergraduate studies completed, and a commitment to five half-days from 11-15 December 2025.
