Bourses d’Études du Gouvernement Estonien, 2025-2026

The Estonian Government Scholarships Programme offers a range of fully funded opportunities for international students, researchers and academic staff, covering tuition, living costs and travel, with support for research and participation in short-term programs. It encompasses full degree studies as well as short-term summer and winter schools, under bilateral government agreements. Note: for 2024/2025, applicants from Russia and Belarus are not accepted.

Tuition coverage, living stipend, travel funds, housing assistance, health insurance, and supporting funds for short-term programs.

Open to international students, researchers and academic staff under bilateral agreements; excludes citizens of Russia and Belarus for 2024/2025 for certain components.
