Atomic Energy Scholarship of China (AES) 2022-2023

The Atomic Energy Scholarship of China is a fully funded scholarship program for outstanding students and professionals from emerging nuclear power countries to study in China. Hosted by Harbin Engineering University, it supports postgraduate studies in nuclear-related disciplines with a multi-platform education approach and government-university-enterprise coordination.

Registration fee, tuition, on-campus accommodation, medical insurance, and monthly living allowance for master's (RMB 3000 per month) and doctoral (RMB 3500 per month) students.

Open to citizens of non-Chinese nationality from emerging nuclear power countries who wish to pursue master’s or doctoral studies in nuclear-related specialties.

Applicants must register via the CSC online system and complete Harbin Engineering University’s online application, then submit required documents to the International Office of HEU.
