Canada-CARICOM Faculty Leadership Program

The Canada-CARICOM Faculty Leadership Program offers scholarships for CARICOM institutions’ faculty or international liaison officers to undertake short-term exchanges for professional development, graduate study, or research at Canadian post-secondary institutions. It supports exchanges funded by Global Affairs Canada to strengthen ties between CARICOM member states and Canadian institutions. The study or research stays can last from two to six months, with specific funding allocations for different roles.

Stipends/allowances for study or research, travel to Canada and back, health insurance, living expenses, visa fees, and required books and supplies

Applicants must be full-time faculty or international liaison officers/managers at a post-secondary institution located in CARICOM member or associate member states at the time of application and during the stay in Canada.
