The UA-USDA Scientific Exchange Program (SEP) is a scholarship-style exchange that supports collaborative agricultural research between eligible AU member states and the United States. It aims to develop a new generation of agricultural scientists, enhance scientific knowledge, and promote SPS-related research and regulatory harmonization. The 12-week program includes support for travel, training costs, emergency medical insurance, housing and meals, with the awarded candidate returning to their home institution after the US-based training.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Citizens of African Union member states with at least a Master’s degree and two years of practical experience, currently employed by a university, research institute, or other scientific institution in an AU country, and intending to continue working in an AU country after returning from the United States.
