Porada International Design Award 2026

The Porada International Design Award 2026 is an international ideas competition, organised by PORADA ARREDI S.r.l. in cooperation with POLI.design, to identify innovative concepts for various types of tables emphasizing the use of solid wood. The competition accepts original, unpublished projects that follow safety, ergonomic and sustainable design requirements and align with Porada's brand values. The jury will select winners in two categories (Professionals and Students) and may award a Giacomo Allievi Special Mention. An award ceremony will be held during a dedicated event organised by Porada.

Cash prizes: Professionals — 1st €2,500; 2nd €1,500; 3rd €1,000. Students — 1st €2,500; 2nd €1,500; 3rd €1,000. Giacomo Allievi Special Mention: €1,000 (may be awarded to a student or professional).

Open to two categories: Professionals (Italian and/or foreign designers working independently or employed by companies) and Students (Italian and/or foreign students enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's programmes, recent graduates, and students of secondary schools). Group entries are allowed for both categories.

Submit a descriptive report (Italian or English, max 3,000 characters) and a single PDF with three graphic boards (three horizontal A3 sheets) plus a preview image; use templates available after registration and upload authorization if employed by a company.
