Patrick Leahy Farm to School Grant Program 2026

The Patrick Leahy Farm to School Grant Program 2026 provides competitive grants designed to increase the availability of local foods in Child Nutrition Program operations and connect students with their food sources through education, taste tests, school gardens, field trips, and local sourcing for CNP meals. The program supports projects that launch new farm to school activities or expand existing efforts, with funding intended to improve child health and nutrition and strengthen connections between farmers and USDA’s Child Nutrition Programs.
