Columbia SIPA Public Service Scholarship 2026

Applications are open for the Columbia SIPA Public Service Scholarship 2026. The scholarship is awarded to students who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing the public good through government, nonprofit work, international service, or cross-sector innovation. It provides substantial tuition support to help students pursue Master of International Affairs (MIA), Master of Public Administration (MPA) and related programs at SIPA, with the aim of developing leaders who will drive equity, justice, and meaningful change.

Tuition scholarship covering up to 65% of tuition

Open to US citizens or permanent residents with at least 3 years of full-time professional public service experience and a cumulative GPA of 3.4.
