Latvian State Scholarships 2026–2027 for Worldwide Students Open

The Latvian State Scholarships 2026–2027 provide international students with a monthly stipend to study at recognized Latvian higher education institutions in Europe. The program targets Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD applicants from eligible partner countries, helping to reduce financial pressure during study in Latvia.
