France Excellence–DOST Scholarship 2026

The France Excellence–DOST Scholarship is a fully funded pathway for students pursuing master’s and doctoral degrees in the natural sciences at French public universities. It is administered through a partnership between the Embassy of France and the Philippines’ Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI). The program supports outstanding students admitted to French public higher education institutions offering state-recognized Diplôme National degrees at the M1, M2, or PhD level, and includes a living stipend, health coverage, and tuition-related support.

Institutional and financial support reducing core study costs, health coverage, monthly living stipend, and airfare; exemption from CVEC for exempted students; cultural activity access; visa fee exemptions.

Applicants from any country may apply; the program targets students admitted to French public higher education institutions offering DN degrees at the master’s (M1/M2) or PhD level in the natural sciences.

Submit completed DOST application forms along with the required documents, including a budget, re-entry plan, and letters of recommendation.
