2026 Scholarships for ETS Bachelor Graduates to Pursue a Master’s or PhD

The ÉTS Scholarships for Master’s and PhD Studies is a multi-year funding programme for ÉTS students and graduates to pursue full-time, research-based Master’s (Maîtrise avec mémoire) or PhD (Doctorat) studies at ÉTS. The awards provide substantial financial support and require a defined research project and a committed thesis supervisor. The scholarship is funded by donors through the ÉTS Service aux diplômés et à la philanthropie and offers CAD 20,000 per year for Master’s (up to 2 years) and CAD 25,000 per year for PhD (up to 3 years).

Open to ÉTS Bachelor’s students or graduates who plan to enroll full-time in a Master’s program with thesis or a Doctorate at ÉTS, and to those who already hold an ÉTS Bachelor’s degree and have started the relevant graduate program.

Submit an online application with a defined thesis project and confirmed supervisor; deadlines are 5–26 January 2026.
