World Bank Group Young Professionals Program 2026

The World Bank Group Young Professionals Program is a competitive international program for graduates with strong technical skills to work across the World Bank, MIGA and IFC. It offers a two-year term with a structured learning and talent development journey, including training, coaching and mentorship, with potential for a longer-term contract based on performance.

Structured learning and talent development through the YP Academy, technical and operations training, language programs, coaching, mentoring, and potential long-term employment with the World Bank Group.

Minimum master’s degree with 2–6 years of professional experience; nationality of a World Bank Group member country; degree completed before September 1, 2026; excellent command of English; not a World Bank Group staff member; eligible to apply if you are a former World Bank intern under certain conditions.
