Becas Fundación ONCE CIC bioGUNE IKERBASQUE

The Becas Fundación ONCE CIC bioGUNE IKERBASQUE are research grants offered to promote investigative activity in the health sciences at the CIC bioGUNE research centre. The programme comprises three modalities: a Predoctoral Trainee scholarship, a Postdoctoral Trainee scholarship and a Postdoctoral Ikerbasque Research Fellow. Host organisations and funders include Fundación ONCE, CIC bioGUNE and Fundación Ikerbasque.

Annual gross salary/stipend according to modality (amounts specified per modality); research placement at CIC bioGUNE; compatibility restrictions (incompatible with paid employment or benefits exceeding €15,000 gross/year).

Applicants must have Spanish nationality and a legally recognised disability equal to or greater than 33%. Predoctoral Trainee applicants must hold a degree and master's and be willing to pursue a doctorate at CIC bioGUNE; Postdoctoral Trainee and Postdoctoral Ikerbasque Research Fellow applicants must hold a doctoral degree, with the Ikerbasque Fellow requiring at least 2 years of research experience in a country different from that of the doctoral thesis.
