The Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğü VGM Burs is a funded scholarship program for Turkish and foreign students at secondary and higher education levels, providing monthly bursaries for eligible students. It covers primary through undergraduate programs and includes additional foreign student allocations. Payments are disbursed monthly to bank accounts through the regional directorates.
