Elginkan Vakfi Bursu

Turkish citizens (Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşı) who are enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs at the universities specified by the foundation and who meet age and academic criteria.

Applications are submitted via the universities' burs offices through the Foundation’s program guidelines and required documents.
